Nacho Chicken – Slow Cooker Recipe

I tried another new slow cooker recipe and so far, this one is our new favorite. It’s called Nacho Chicken and it is delicious. There are only 3 ingredients. It’s affordable and it’s good.
Start by placing 2 – 4 chicken breasts in your slow-cooker. I doubled the recipe for a large family meal so I used 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
The only other ingredients are a can of Rotel and a package of taco seasoning.
Pour the can of Rotel over the chicken. I used a small can (2 for my doubled recipe) but the amount really doesn’t matter. You can use more or less, depending on taste. I chose the mild. I prefer the original but the rest of my family likes the hot Rotel so I compromised with the mild.
Cook on high for approximately 6 hours or on low for 8 – 10 hours.
It turned out perfect! The chicken was so tender, it almost melted in our mouths.
Here is the recipe without the pictures:
2-4 Chicken Breasts
1 Can Rote
1 Package Taco Seasoning
Place all ingredients in a slow-cooker. Cook on low for 8 – 10 hours or on high for 4 – 6 hours.
Serve with your choice of vegetables.
