Most people love showing their appreciation for military families and the Atlanta Falcons are no exception.
The Atlanta Falcons train in Flowery Branch, Georgia which is not far from here. I remember how excited my little hometown community was upon learning about plans to construct the training facility. The Atlanta Falcons love military families and on Sunday, August 9, they are hosting their Military Day at Training Camp.
The first one thousand guests who present a valid military identification card which includes active duty, retired, and reserve personnel will receive two tickets to the game scheduled for Thursday, September 3rd. On that day, the they are scheduled to play Baltimore Ravens.
The gates open at 9:00am. Open practices begins at 10:30am. After practice, fans will enjoy an autograph session. They will also offer give-away opportunities after practice.
Admission to this event is free.

The football players and cheerleaders spent the day on Lake Lanier fishing with military veterans. In the previous months, Falcons players traveled to Fort Gordon and Dobbins Air Force Base to bond with military personnel and sign autographs. Throughout the year, the the team schedules special days and events where they take advantage of the opportunity to show their appreciation for military servicemen and their families.
