Homeschooling can be a bit overwhelming to parents with degrees in education. It can be completely nerve-wracking to a parent with no background in education, but there is a wealth of resources out there which can help make this task easier. Last year, after years of begging me to homeschool, I took that leap of faith and agreed to homeschool my high school sophomore. I was terrified. What in the world did I know about homeschooling a high school student? My background is in Early Childhood Education. I needed a homeschool high school guide, but couldn’t find one, at least not one that helped me. That is what I intend to do for you. I am not a high school teacher so I am not going to actually teach high school language arts or any other high school subject here online. That was challenging enough for me here at home with my daughter, but what I can do is gather the resources you need to help you develop your own curriculum that works for you and your child.
