Summer is a great time for camping. Personally, I don’t enjoy tent camping. I prefer a camper . . . with electricity . . . and plumbing. Actually, my husband says my idea of camping is a hotel room with no television. He might be right, but I do enjoy outdoor camping activities and trying new recipes like a Pan de Campo recipe offered by Little Passports.
